KLE Technological University, School of Management Studies and Research (SMSR), Hubballi in collaboration with NIPM, North Karnataka Chapter had organised a HR Conclave on 26th Febryary,2022 on topic “Managing in the VUCA World –People Perspective”. The HR Conclave was inaugurated by Prof.JagdishBapat,Director,SMSR,Hubbali,Shri.S.G.Patil,President NIPM-NKC,Mr.T.Vishwanath,Secretary NIPM-NKC Shri. Prakash Katti,PMS Solutions & Consultants ,Ex. Vice President,Human Resource Grasim Industries,Harihar; Shri.DSR Prabhu,General Manager-Human Resource, Tata Motors,Dharwad; Shri.Sangayya Bhagojimath,Deputy Manager IR & ER,Shree Cement, Gulbarga , Dr.G.S.Hiremath,HOD SMSR &Dr.N.A.Goudar,Event Chairman NIPM-NKC .The speakers of the conference spoke on post covid HR aspects such as Compensation and Benefits –Road Map, Use of Technology in Talent Management and Recruitment, The future of Supply Chain in India and the changing role of HR manager, and Challenges in Employee Engagement. Total of 200 delegates from HR departments of the industries, students, Faculties, Unit Heads, Managers, Decision makers, Training and Placement officers, etc attend the conclave
